FANTASTIC stay!
free boat friendly staff club room lovely pool
The complimentary boat service to the main pier was SO convenient. The staff was friendly and kind throughout the entire hotel. Access to the club room provided a GREAT benefit. The pool area was lovely and relaxing.
I found the location was a bit further from the main attractions.

The breakfast buffet had many choices with good Asian and Western options. The pastries were fresh and the fresh fruit was EXCELLENT!!! I enjoyed the diverse and delicious options available.

The room was big and spacious with a satisfying river view. The front office team was very friendly. Hana greeted us with a smile. She recommended unique local spots instead of typical tourist traps. I appreciate this service SO MUCH!!!

This hotel is next to the river and that is AMAZING. The hotel provides a shuttle boat that can take you to ICON SIAM. There is some street food along the street, but it is not too busy.

The hotel is very clean and well kept, which I value. There is access to a riverboat for transport to the main pier, which simplifies travel. The club room provides excellent added benefits, too.

The room was fine, with a good river view, and the pool area was ok.
The breakfast buffet was a complete DISASTER. It was far too small for the number of guests. A long queue extended into the lobby. Inside, chaos reigned. People jostled each other to get food. It was NOT relaxing.

My room was spacious. It had a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast had AMAZING variety!!!
The air conditioning was VERY noisy. Even on the lowest setting, it was hard to ignore. The furniture seemed old. It felt cheaper than I expected.
